Here at Dutch Courage Gym we provide wrestling training for all abilities from age 8 and up. We teach a mixture of British- and American-style professional wrestling. We also focus on Wrestling Psychology and the training provided allows you to learn the business from the ground up.
At Dutch Courage Gym you will learn everything from how to construct a wrestling ring to how to condition your body for the stresses and strains of professional wrestling.
Strength, conditioning, and nutrition advice to support your journey can be provided.
Opening times for scheduled classes are as follows:
- Adult Basics 7:00–10:30 PM (£10 per session)
- Children’s class 7:00–8:30 PM (£40 every six weeks)
- Adult basics 8:30–10:30 PM (£10 per session)
- Adults advanced 7:30–10:30 PM (£10 per session)
- Open session (all abilities) (£10 per session)
Monthly and weekly memberships available.
The gym is also open from 10 AM to 3 PM for private wrestling instruction and general fitness training.
Beginners are asked to come to Monday sessions, which are priced at just £10 per session.
As you progress through your training, a membership scheme is offered for the specialist training you will receive.
Our head coach Dutch takes most of the sessions, supported by a coaching team and seminars throughout the year.
